Do people ever run a diverter to use mains water in the same way as shore power? e.g. when connected to water, using the mains pressure? Probably not, guess, as water hookups aren't available, right?

You seem to have a toilet flush supply (cold) missing , if you are intending to fit flush toilet . ?
I had mains supply option on my USRV never had chance to use it , and "super pitches" are fairly rare , so wouldn't bother IMHO

Our Australian van had it as standard, and if you are up to paying for 'Full Service' sites then I think it makes sense. As we don't like enjoy staying on sites I haven't fitted it to our current van.
But when we used our Australian van on a serviced site, the option to just stand in the shower with unlimited water, heated by EHU and going to a connected drain it was really good.
