There is a lot of information on the internet about camper conversion insulation. I'm sure you'll agree there are lots of ways to do this. They all get the same results.

I opted for spray foam insulation installed by professionals because of the cost benefits. I've added a very short video to my YouTube showing the results.

Good sound deadening properties as well. Anyone doing this themselves should take care not to blast excessive amounts into the hollow support sections as it can push the panels outwards (noticeable on the outside). An eager American guy on YouTube got a ripple effect down one side of his van.
