Looks a nice clean base van thats not had a hard life. Brings back memories. You may be glad you added Twin Maxxfans in summer. I believe it’s easier to keep the van warm than it is to keep it cool.

I'm planning on similar board for walls, is that moorland 3mm melamine ply?

Just remember seat legs have to be under plated to mot plate spec size and correct high tensile bolts used.

on the ceiling. the walls are 9mm marine ply.

i have put 50x50 x 6 plates under each leg. can you point me to the regs please as i only find rally car regs
