Well I've made my mind up..... A composting toilet it is to be .

1. Who's got one?
2. Which model or homemade?
3. Any good leads for deals?

Please remember I travel alone and wild camp solely.

TIA
Nick

From considerable research I did and from what I've read on various sites /Facebook etc ...

These guys are THE best

https://www.kildwick.com

Design support and customer relations.
And was the route I was going to go on the next van...
However change of direction (going from pvc to C Class) means those plans are on hold .... Possibly permanantly

They have, a Facebook presence too and are very quick to answer queries ...
I liked the fact that I could buy it complete OR components to build my own ....
Ill be looking back to see IF I can convert the cassette loo in the c class to a compost loo as I personally hate the waste of good clean water on washing loo waste away.

I'm with you, I'm convinced that it would be possible to exchange the cassette for a bespoke homemade composting one.
Basically all it needs to be is cassette shaped without the full top.
If the external door has a fan fitted all the better.
The diverter may be a head scratcher but HEY...they put men on the moon, and bums on seats.
Sadly my old van has gone so I haven't got the opportunity to experiment.
